The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the Ministry of National Planning, Tourism and Handicrafts of Algeria are organizing jointly the Regional Statistics Capacity Building Programme (RSCBP) in Algiers, at the kind invitation of the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

The selected countries to participate in this programme are: Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, Cote d'ivoire, Egypt, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sudan, Togo and Tunisia.
